SouthPark Psychotherapy

Hi, I’m Rozelle (she/her).

Hi, I’m Rozelle - a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult, parent of a neurodivergent teen, and someone deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults and parents.

Together, we can explore your experiences, better understand the barriers you face, identify what you need, and discover accommodations that support you in being more fully yourself.

Be present. Be curious. Be you.

Think of me as your GPS-equipped passenger. I’m not here to take the wheel, but I’m absolutely riding alongside you—ready to help you pause, explore another route, or recalibrate when needed.

Whether you’re reconnecting with who you are or stepping into who you’re becoming, I’ll be there with compassion, empathy, and a whole lot of understanding. Life can be a lot, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me on a yoga mat, helping my child navigate the transition into adulthood, walking my dog Cooper, exploring new neighborhoods, or traveling whenever life allows. I’m also on a never-ending quest to find the best bread—my teen is a foodie, and honestly, so am I.

What’s it like to work with me

I’m direct, warm, and easy to talk to. I’m not interested in therapy that feels stiff or performative. This is a real conversation, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Together, we’ll connect the dots, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life where you feel more understood, supported, and empowered. What you need may look different from one day to the next, and that’s okay.

And yes, we laugh. A well-placed curse word has its role in the healing process, and I stand by that.

This is your space to show up as you are. I stay flexible, adjust with you, and incorporate practical tools and genuine collaboration from the beginning. You matter, and I’ll be in the passenger seat, cheering you on along the way.

Therapy is part of my own self-care, which is why the therapeutic relationship isn’t only a professional value for me; it’s a personal one. My lived experience, education, advocacy, and ongoing curiosity all shape how I show up. I won’t always have every answer, but I’ll remain committed to learning with you and creating space for you to simply be.

I know firsthand what it takes to be vulnerable, and what can become possible when you feel seen, heard, and supported. Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, with compassion for yourself, again and again.
